Responsibilities:
Assist students in developing their communication skills - speaking, listening, reading, writing, presentation
Develop lesson plans and materials that are specifically structured to meet the needs of students
Implement the company’s SOP for each class
Assess students’ current aptitude in the language and give relevant advice
[For writing/editing specialists:]
- Be able to edit any type of document and other writing samples of students from different levels
- Be able to explain the editing process to clients
- Consult with clients and find out what they want to communicate.
- Meet the deadline
- Advise students on how they can improve their writing skills
- Experience in editing is a plus 

Requirements:
The ideal candidate must:
- have be a university degree holder
- demonstrate extraordinary abilities in both oral and written communication
- be able to teach the nitty gritty of grammar the simplest way possible 
- must be dependable, self-disciplined, punctual, loyal, trustworthy and a person of integrity
- be passionate in intercultural communication, esp. in relating to Japanese people
- must have own computer/laptop with high speed internet access and webcam
- must be patient and must be willing to undergo constant training 
- be able to adjust to the needs of students
- Certifications in TESOL, IELTS, TOEIC, TOEFL, etc. (and/or any International Certifications) a plus factor
- Preferably have experience in online teaching and be computer savvy
- Those who can teach business English have an advantage.
- Those who have background in technical fields are encouraged to apply.

Step 1: reviewing of applicants’ resumes and qualifications
Step 2: scheduling of shortlisted applicants’ interviews via Skype
Step 3: assessment of demo lessons
Step 4: job offer

Those who are good at both teaching and editing/writing are encouraged to apply.
