Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Engineering (Marine) or equivalent.
At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Bachelor of Engineering (Naval Architecture) or equivalent.
10+ yrs experience in the marine industry, either in a design office or shipyard.
Extensive knowledge of the marine and shipbuilding industry, through understanding of ship structure design and operation.
Understanding of Finite Element Analysis techniques and software.
Knowledge and understanding of current IMO regulations
Strong communication and time manageent skills.
Good analytical skills to evaluate information to a number of suppliers and select the most suitable / cost effective option.
Strong teambuilding, leadership and motivational skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong AutoCAD skills.
Must have pleasing personality
Must be Hardworking, Trustworthy and Reliable.
With good commands of oral and written English.
Can work under pressure.
Perform other duties required.
