Job Duties
• Basic clerical support such as answering the phone and directing phone calls, opening and distributing correspondence, planning meetings, filing and ordering office supplies
• File and retrieve documents and reference materials
• Manage and maintain executives’ schedules and appointments
• Arrange and coordinate meetings and events
• Record, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings
• Review operating practices and implement improvements if deemed necessary

Job Requirements
• A graduate of any 4-year course
• Must be willing to make calls and answer email correspondences
• Must have great communication skills (verbal and written)
• Amenable to do data entry work
• Good phone manners
• Must be smart and resourceful
• Must be keen and attentive to details
• Must have thorough and accurate research skills

We are currently looking for a Team Lead PHP developer with the following skills:
You have worked with the PHP platform extensively for at least 2-3 years.

Basic database administration of tables and indexes
