Fresh natural botanical ingredients. Fruits and vegetables are good natural sources of nutrients for the body and skin. Lush believes that they are best when they are fresh and unprocessed because it is at this stage that they contain the most vitamins, minerals and enzymes. Lush, therefore, put these raw ingredients direct to its soap products at its fresh state preserving the natural components of the ingredients keeping their skin healing, soothing and nurturing properties.
Handmade freshness. The products that Lush makes are handmade in small batches based on orders from individual stores, and as needed. It does not try to mass-produce only to stock excess production on warehouses for storage. This is to ensure that the products are delivered to customers fresh, only days or hours old.
Marketing and distribution. Lush is privately owned with growth based on partnership. Product distribution is thru franchise holders on more than 600 stores in 43 countries.
