Responsibilities:
Relation House is a Danish IT-company with a production branch in Makati, Metro Manila. Relation House was established in 2007 and has successfully outsourced IT projects to Asia for several years and in 2009, based on the increasing demand and long term client relations, the company established its own production branch in the Philippines.
In the past two years, Relation House Philippines has successfully delivered large projects to companies among the largest in Denmark – each in the Top 5 of their respective industries – and these projects have lead to more contracts with the same and other companies.

We are currently looking for a Team Lead PHP developer with the following skills:
You have worked with the PHP platform extensively for at least 2-3 years.
You have worked with at least one CMS (Drupal, Joomla etc.)
You understand object oriented programming concepts and have working experience with well-organized code
You regularly study programming at home and develop your skills
You have a great sense of detail
You should be comfortable with both frontend and backend technologies:
HTML, CSS, Javascript, jQuery
JSON, XML, XSLT
PHP
Linux administration (basic experience)
SQL (MySQL)
Your typical work assignments would include:
Coordinate project with Danish project managers
Supervise code changes and train team members in best coding practices
Delegate tasks and evaluate project progress
Problem analysis, debugging and deployment
HTML / CSS implementation according to Photoshop files
Creating new modules in Drupal (CMS) as well as changes in existing modules
Basic database administration of tables and indexes
Performance optimization and analysis
Debugging
Supporting the production environment which utilizes load balancing, reverse proxies, webservers, file servers and database servers (Linux)
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
