• Key Dimensions: The Deputy Dept. Head for HR will be responsible in providing support in the different facets of HR with Special focus on Compensation and Benefits.
Accountabilities:
• Responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of all payroll related processes which includes among others, extraction of PU 12, coordination with third party payroll provider, submission of government mandated reports and contributions.
• In charge of documenting and tracking employee movements and changes in employee data both in the 201 file but also in filing service requests to IOM.
• Liaise with the broker for all insurance benefits of the employees (e.g. health, life, personal accident, annual physical examination, on site vaccination) and in scheduling health/wellness related activities.
• Responsible in handling the requirements related to the transfer of expats in the company.
• Works with the Department Heads in the implementation of the performance Management Systems in the company.
• Acts as the point of contact for all compensation and benefits concerns which also includes ESP, participation in market surveys among others.
• Acts as the back up for the other HR Personnel and performs other HR functions as may be required.
