The company is currently looking for talented and committed professionals.

Responsibilities

Will be part of the Management Development Training Program, a developmental program for experienced professionals. This program aims to train and develop future leaders of Manila Water.
Responsible for meeting the compliance targets of the Treatment Plants according to DENR, LLDA, DOH standards.
Responsible for the reliability and credibility of plant operations.
Ensures Treatment Plants are in full operation at any given time.
Customer service representative for his service coverage area.
Manages allocated resources (e.g. manpower, vehicles, chemicals etc.) according to business and compliance needs.
Ensures proper operation and maintenance of his assigned treatment plant.
Lays down and executes management policies.
Continuously evaluates manpower requirements and has the authority to hire, fire, transfer, suspend, recall.
Evaluates staff performance and recommends them for promotion or further training to maintain a highly skilled and professional workforce.
Discharge, assign, discipline employee in coordination with the HROC / HRDC.
Performs other functions as may be assigned from time to time.
May also act as guide to Treatment Plant inspectors and visitors.
Performs other functions as may be assigned to them from time to time.

Requirements

Graduates of Engineering and Business, Management, courses, preferably in the following fields of specialization: Civil, Mechanical, Sanitary, Environmental, Chemical and Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Economics and Finance.
Must have at least 2 years technical experience in the following industries: Construction/Engineering/Facilities, Utilities/Oil, Finance, Fast Moving Consumer Goods, and similar industries.
Must have at least 2 years functional experience in any of the following: Vendor Management, Safety & Quality, Financial Analysis
Must be highly motivated
Must have good oral and written communication skills
