Developing Your Gameplan | Working from Home

Today I’m officially starting my new gameplan for making money online. My first target is to earn 26,000 in passive income–26,000 is our monthly expenses for my family. I am aiming to achieve this in 3 months. Right now, the bulk of my income is from my work-from-home job, so I’d really like to shift it to residual income.

This new gameplan includes:

Having daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly goals and sticking to those goals. In a study of Harvard students, 10% of the students had goals in their minds and they were the ones who earn at least thrice as much as everyone else. Yet 3% of these students have CLEAR WRITTEN GOALS, and it is these same 3% that earn at least ten times as much as everyone else. Keeping a list of your goals is a very powerful time management tool. You’ll be surprised to find how much you can do in a day, plus it really feels good to see all that you have accomplished for the day. It makes you feel good about yourself and keeps you motivated.

Waking up 2 hours early. I intend to wake up two hours earlier just to have time for exercise as well as to work on my most important goals. Big goals means you will be encountering big challenges, and big challenges=STRESS. You’ll really need your health up at its peak to be able to face these challenges.

Learn, learn, learn. Although I’ve stopped college, I never stopped learning. I intend to continue doing so through audio learning and seminars. I’m particularly focusing on success training, leadership, organizational behavior, and business training audios. You can find these on the internet, by the way, like on YouTube. Try a search for Robert Kiyosaki and watch his videos. Buy his book on your local bookstore or borrow one from a businessman.

Have time to relax. This year has been very busy for me. Sometimes I work 7 days a week for two months straight. If I wasn’t keeping myself in top shape through regular 30 minute to an hour exercise then I would probably be sick in bed right now. And no, I’m not a workaholic. I do love to work, but I enjoy my relaxation time as well. I do continue working hard because I’m aiming to retire at 30. Go someplace close to nature, do martial arts training or something, and write the fantasy novel I wanted so much to write.

Tithe more. Everytime I receive money from my job, I go out to buy groceries then hand them out to people sleeping on the streets. When I feel down and really stressed and there are really times when I’m broke because of the bills to pay with my business and due to the past few months of recession, I go out to do the same thing and I feel like ready to work again for the next week.

By next year, I’m aiming to be able to help support a foundation I’ve been working with for differently abled persons. These people are trained in IT, and yet they couldn’t apply their skills yet due to lack of experience and because they have a very slow internet connection right now that takes 20 seconds to load a page and only one PC is connected to the internet. I was thinking of at least sponsoring their internet connection so they could apply their skills and could avail of work through the internet.

Make Money Online Philippines

Making money online in the Philippines is possible with legitimate opportunities such as Academia Work, advertising (Adsense, Yahoo Publisher Network, Project Wonderful, etc), blogging, referrals, cost-per-action sites, surveys, and work-from-home jobs that you can get from sites such as Craigslist, Bestjobs.ph, and Odesk.com.

I quit school about 2 years ago since the point came that I was so busy with work and managing my outsourcing business. Although I quit school, I never stopped learning. I’m a programmer, web developer, and an SEO specialist. I’m also an aspiring writer and on my free time I play online games, read pocket books, and watch animes just like any normal teenager would.

What’s the fastest way to make money online in the Philippines? Get a work-from-home job from the internet. It’s the fastest way to make a significant amount. See the Local Jobs or International Jobs section.

What’s the most rewarding way to earn money in the long run? Definitely passive income generating opportunities such as Adsense, CPA sites, referrals, commission sales from blogs, etc. Having your own blog or site set up will allow you to earn money even while you sleep, even months and years after you last did any work to your blog, and you could continue to receive money for a lifetime for work that you do on your blog today.

Just how much is possible? AI receive around $1,500 to $2000 a month from my work-from-home job depending on how many clients I have at the moment and I’m growing my passive income which is currently at around  $150 to $200 a month from Adsense, ProjectWonderful, AWSurveys, and Revresponse. My goal is to ultimately turn my income to be at least 90% from passive income so I won’t have to work just to earn a living. I look up to the Filipino people earning $1000 to $2000 a month from their blog or website such as the owners of Yugatech.com and Selaplana.com.

What do I do with the money? Much of the money I invest back into my own outsourcing business, we have a small office here in Davao del Sur. I’m really looking at increasing my passive income, and having a business is one of the best ways to get passive income. To some, business is risky. Well, it is! However, my mentors have taught me that it is only risky for people who do not have financial education. That’s why I spend hours upon hours each day learning about how to make money work for me, how to manager people, and how to lead. I listen to audiobooks, video seminars, and other success mastery materials by authors such as Robert Kiyosaki, Anthony Robbins, Bob Proctor, Rhonda Byrne, Brian Tracy, and so on. I find that listening to sales seminars is very rewarding.

How do I send and receive money online? The most common methods are PayPal, UnionBank’s easy-to-acquire 350 peso EON card, Xoom, and Western Union (for Adsense).

Getting Your First Work from Home Job

Working part-time. A good job to land in would be a part-time, flexible schedule work. You could find opportunities that only need you to work 20 hours a week. If you have a full time job or if you’re still in the middle of your studies, finding a work-from-home job that is on an output basis will really suit your schedule. In my experience, there are a lot of opportunities like this in services such as data entry, transcription, SEO, web development, and so on. You will only need to email your client a report of your accomplishments every week. You can start on this website: www.bestjobs.ph

Click on the National category on the bottom of the screen. These are all work-from-home opportunities and you can apply for the work-from-home jobs simply by sending them an email with your resume attached. It is very important that you have an attractive resume. You don’t have to have a diploma if you have the skills. If it’s your first time getting a job and you can’t place much in your resume, offer your first client to work for free for 3 days to 2 weeks, depending on how many days you’re willing to give for free but tell your client that if he likes your work then he has to pay for you to continue. During this “free” work period, make sure you do your best, you work a lot of hours, and ensure that your output is top quality. Now, this suggestion may not sound so acceptable to you at this moment, but it will definitely pay off–as long as you work hard and prove to the client that you’re worth it.

Working with several clients. You can have several part-time jobs while working from home. Before you do start with a new client, make sure everything is going smoothly with your first client and you’ve already gotten the hang of your first job before venturing out.

Taking more risks
. Go to Craigslist.com and Odesk.com to market for more clients. This is how you get clients from overseas who will be willing to pay you big bucks.

Spend 1 hour a day marketing. Even if you already have a work-from-home job, spend one hour a day sending resumes, looking for more projects, contacting clients. The entire hour might be spent just talking to a single prospective client discussing work that you may be able to take. The rule is, the more time you spend marketing, the more clients you will get. The more clients you get, the more confident you become that you can get more. The more confidence you have, the greater the chances that you will get clients WHO CAN PAY YOU BETTER.

Learn how to sell. Read books on salesmanship, listen to audiobooks for sales such as those by Brian Tracy or Robert Kiyosaki. Knowing how to think like a salesman will be a big factor to your success because when you are applying for clients overseas YOU ARE SELLING YOUR SKILLS. Often, you may get clients that are really hard to convince to have you hired, but more often than not, these are the clients who pay better.

Work from Home Ideas | Even Without Technical Skills

Here’s one way to earn money online even if you don’t have the technical skills required.Let me share to you a story about a close friend and business partner of mine who started into the web development and programming business, but he wasn’t even a web developer or a programmer.

Inspite of not having the technical skills, he discovered where to look for international jobs on the internet. He was able to talk and email the clients from outside the Philippines through the free Skype online voice calls or Yahoo Messenger. I’m gonna share with you the sites he used to look for international jobs, but before I do that, let me tell you how he makes money even without technical skills.

He would go to the online sites with international job opportunities and contact the clients or companies on basically ANY type of job. He would then ask them if it was okay to telecommute (meaning, if it was okay if it was gonna be a work from home job).

Next, he would find people who were willing to take jobs here in the Philippines. He would then earn 20% in commissions for getting the client and communicating with the client on a regular basis!

Now, imagine if you have 5 people working for you. You wouldn’t need an office, you wouldn’t even have any expenses or much overhead. You would require skilled people who are connected to the internet and who are willing to work with you.

This way, you can earn a considerable income, even if you’re not doing the actual work. You can focus on the marketing side and maintaining client relations.

By the way, the sites you can use to get a job for yourself or to market for others is on the following page: International Jobs | Work from Home

If you’re still new to working from home and still have a lot of questions you like clarified like how you can get the money you work for, what other types of opportunities are available, and some other questions then a good place to start would be on the Get Started with Working from Home page.
