I am looking to hire a candidate to be part of the Avera Inc team who will lead the company’s efforts in SEO optimization, Internet Marketing, Driving Revenue and basic programming for maintaining multiple sites.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Implement ongoing SEO techniques (one-page and off-page) to achieve and maintain solid rankings
- Lead and develop all components of online marketing programs, including Social Media Marketing
- Manage the revenue generation of websites and recommended best options – CPA, Affiliates, PPC, Adwords etc.
- Maintain multiple websites (basic updates) with general programming skills
- Drive strategies to increase traffic to the sites
- Provide reports on website performance; analyze data, present findings and make recommendations for future tests, campaigns, and efficiency improvements
The ideal qualifications are highly skilled in the following areas:
- On page SEO (all techniques)
- Off Page SEO (backlinks, Forum posting, Pinging, Link Exchange, Article Submission, PR, Social Bookmarks, Blogs, Directory, Sitemap, Verification of PR linkage)
- Social Media Marketing (Twitter, Facebook, Youtube, StumbleUpon, Squidoo, Digg, Del.i.cious)
- Monetization (CPA, Affiliate, Adsense, PPC, Adwords etc. )
- Comfortable with WordPress, CSS etc.
- Merchant Account, Paypal etc setup
- Comfortable with HTML, basic coding, and ecommerce, and basic designing would be a plus.
Additional Must-Haves:
- Accessible via phone when needed
- Own computer with minimum Windows XP, 2G ram, with office suite
- Fluent in English – both Written and Oral.
- Certainly worked in a similar capacity in the past for a minimum of at least 2 years
