Our company is growing and based in Australia, we also have offices based around the world, as well as the Philippines. Due to our increasing work load, we are looking to increase the size of our staff for the amount of work we have. For this position, we are looking for people who have graduated college and have great seo experience. Within this job you will be required to analyse keywords based upon a clients website and industry, provide quality and authority back links, create link wheels, article submission and video submissions. Knowledge you should also know are targeted blog, forum, directory, classifieds, online groups, social bookmarking and social media submissions.
All of our staff enjoy working for an Australian company and we have never had a staff member leave their position. This job requires 40 hours a week of work and will be for long-term (our longest employee has worked for 5 years). Our company pays twice a month on the 1st and the 15th and we strive to provide our top workers (based on efficiency and quality of work) bonuses as well as permanent pay rises.
As you will be building links via the means outline above, experience will be a great asset for you. SEO is one of the most important positions without our company and requires you to enjoy the job and strive for more knowledge on how to increase traffic.
We always look for ways to build our staffs knowledge and allow them to grow with our business. The smarter you grow, the more you can achieve, which will mean the high the salary you will get from us. Our business has some courses that we can send to you if you feel you require them and we can cover a wide range of topics from ‘video creations’, ‘ppc ads’, ‘manual linking’, ‘authority links’, etc.
With this job, you will need to email us the tasks you preformed and any issues that you had in the 8 hour working day. This email is required at the end of every working day and will be assessed by our team.
Any knowledge and access to SEO software and programs (such as submitters, rss feeds, ping, keyword tools, etc) is a ‘plus’ and also inform us what software it was and whether you still use it.
Our salary is 12,000 php a month, although please note that this is the ‘starting salary’ for our staff, as we have mentioned pay rises and bonuses do come to those who over perform and show us that they are willing to go over the top to impress the team and improve the company.
Within the interview process, you will be required to undertake a style of test, which will be based around submissions and link building. It will be a fun test that will assess your skills and show how you overcome challenges.
